Real dollars. Real fills. In public.

A five-seat AI committee votes on every trade in a real brokerage account. Every vote, every fill, every mistake is published — losses on the same schedule as wins.

Operating state

Operating state: not yet publishing. No decision record has been published yet, so this page shows no figures.

Read the decision history

Nothing yet — the first fill publishes here one day after the canary opens. Every figure on this page carries an as-of date once real; nothing above is invented.

Canary phase: Monday 28 September – Friday 2 October 2026. The first trade is exactly $1.00; every trade after that is randomized between $1.00 and $25.00, under a hard $200 cumulative cap for the whole window. Figures here show as dollars with an as-of date, never as a percentage return, while the canary flag is on.

How a trade happens here

Step 1

Composite ranks

A scanner ranks candidates from SEC-filing signals — not a hot-tip watchlist — into a composite the committee reviews one name at a time.

Step 2

Committee drops

Five seats vote keep or drop. 4 of 5 must approve before anything else happens — the committee is a red-flag filter, not a stock picker, and it publishes every drop the same way it publishes every keep.

Step 3

Executor fills

An approved thesis executes automatically in a real taxable brokerage account, sized by the ladder on methodology, and the fill publishes on a one-day delay.

Instruments, not instinct

The ranking is arithmetic.

Quality, profitability, momentum, value and investment. Four are read from SEC XBRL filings; momentum is the price return from adjusted month-end closes. The same five factors, the same way, every week — so the composite can be checked rather than trusted.

Judgment enters only after the arithmetic, and only to remove a candidate. See methodology for the universe filters and the position-size ladder.

The five seats

Every seat audits a different way a position can fail. Click a seat for its mandate.

What we don't hide

Gains and losses, same axis, same schedule.

Late enough to be useless to a front-runner. Current enough to check.

Every vote and fill logs immediately, inside the committee's own record. What publishes here — the log you read — is held for exactly one day and then released, on that same fixed delay every time, whether the day produced a keep, a drop, a gain or a loss. The delay is constant so it can't be tuned to flatter a good week or hide a bad one.

Why read this

Most retirement writing shows you a strategy after it worked. This shows the process before you know the outcome — the same vote, the same fill, the same mistake, published whether it helps the pitch or not.

A worn ledger book open to ruled columns of handwritten entries, a pen resting across the page.
A written record, kept where anyone can check it.

A position is only as good as the record of how it was chosen.

FAQ

Is this financial advice?
No. Diers Capital publishes a record of one account's votes and trades for education, not personalized advice.
Is the money real?
Yes — a real taxable brokerage account, with real fills, published on a one-day delay.
What happens when the committee is wrong?
The loss publishes on the log on the same schedule a gain would.
Can I copy the trades?
You can read every vote and every fill; nothing here is investment advice to buy or sell.
Who is this not for?
Day traders, options gamblers, and hot-pick seekers. There are no signals, no entry alerts, and nothing here rewards trading against the log.
What does membership add?
The logged-in member area of the account — positions, decision history, and cross-account context. See membership.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the billing page.
