The Ledger
Monthly, on the first Monday, free. Each issue covers the prior calendar month: every decision with its record id, every correction filed against one, the outcomes that closed, the positions held at month end — and a section that says plainly what remains unknown.
The Ledger states no return figure until the performance record passes its own quality gate, and when one appears it is labelled in the same sentence as the number. Until then the issue says what the record shows and nothing more.
How it sits beside the weekly issue
The Monday digest arrives every week and covers the week just ended. The Ledger arrives once a month and covers the month just ended. Both are free, and one sign-up gets you both.
