The Diers Capital 2,000+ Ticker SEC Compounder Blueprint & Valuation Checklist
These are the six gates the screen runs at 4:30 AM PT. The bars below are the ones in the live code, not a marketing version. It is an education tool, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
The six gates
GATE 1
SEC owner FCF yield
Economic owner free-cash-flow yield from SEC filings, at least 3%.
GATE 2

Return on invested capital of at least 12% (or 15% operating margin for capital-light businesses).
GATE 3
Revenue compounding

GATE 4

Survivors are ranked by 10-year probability-weighted IRR; the top 25 make the daily screen.
GATE 6
War Room conviction + 40/80 rule
AI War Room conviction of at least 0.65, then the 40/80 hysteresis rule for holds and staged exits.
